Everything I can find says to update Outlook Connector. But when I tried to do a Repair on Outlook Connector, I got a 1935 Error Message. I have done a successful Repair on MS Outlook. If it is a required piece of software for using the already high priced Outlook, then they are adding insult to injury by expecting to be paid for the support of a product that has never worked right, from the initial install. The said it was an Outlook problem or they wanted me to pay for Support. When I tried to contact Outlook Connector for Support, I was given the run around. I can send emails but cannot receive them in MS Outlook.
Now, it is not downloading any emails from Hotmail. Based on the date/time stamp they match up to emails in Hotmail that were not downloaded. 20% of the emails it does download are blank. I really needed them for a project I was working on. On the original install it did not download load approx.
I gave it one star only because they wouldn't allow me to give it zero stars. Outlook Connector is the least reliable piece of software that I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
